For hospitals, clinics and consultants in Cyprus
International patients, without an international department.
Medical travel fails on the non-clinical side: the enquiry nobody answered, the transfer nobody booked, the agent nobody called back. Solence Health carries that load, so your theatre list fills with prepared, self-paying international patients and your team keeps doing clinical work.
What we handle
Everything between the enquiry and the theatre door.
The agent network
We find, vet, contract and manage outbound medical travel companies and referral partners abroad — and we answer them at the speed they expect, which is hours, not days.
Case preparation
Patients reach you screened, with history and imaging assembled, expectations set and the programme explained. Fewer surprises in clinic, fewer cancellations after arrival.
The whole non-clinical journey
Quotations, contracts, translation, flights coordination, transfers, accommodation, the companion, and follow-up once the patient is home.
Commercial administration
One counterparty, one invoice flow, agreed payment terms, and no fee negotiation with a dozen foreign agencies.
Reputation management
We are accountable to the patient and to the agent for the experience around your care, and we escalate problems to you early, in writing, while they are still fixable.
Demand you can plan around
Programmed stays booked in advance rather than walk-in volume — so international work fits the list instead of disrupting it.
What we ask
Four things, and they are all about being able to keep a promise.
- Transparent, stable pricing for the procedures we place with you, so we can quote a figure that is fixed before the patient travels.
- A named coordinator on your side, and realistic capacity commitments we can book against.
- Consultant information we can share — qualifications, registration, subspecialty practice and case volumes. Partners ask, and "trust us" is not an answer.
- Aftercare that does not stop at discharge, including the rehabilitation the patient was promised and a written home-care plan.
What a partnership looks like
We do not ask for exclusivity, and we do not ask you to change how you practise. We agree the procedures, the prices and the capacity in writing, we send prepared patients, and we handle everything they need that is not clinical care.
If a case is outside your scope or your list is full, we place it elsewhere and say so plainly. That honesty is what keeps agents sending patients to Cyprus at all.
Cyprus can take considerably more international work than it does.
The clinical capability is here. What has been missing is someone accountable for everything around it.
